Admissions, Academic Standards,
and Student Honors Committee
Membership: Six elected faculty
members (at least one from each school), Registrar, Director
of Admissions, and two students selected by the Student
Government Association.
Function:
Recommend policy concerning the admission and retention of
students, including standards for probation, suspension, and
re-admission of students whose academic performance falls
below the required level; recommend policy concerning
advanced placement and award of academic honors; study and
propose methods for improvement of instruction.
